ICT sponsors over 100 talented players from the top six teams representing 16 states. This initiative by India Cricket Talent marks a new era of cricket development in India.
Focus on Merit
The core of the sponsorship is a rigorous selection process based solely on merit. Players are categorized into three different groups – A, B and C – to provide them with appropriate support according to their skill level. This systematic approach ensures that those who show exceptional talent get the platform they deserve to flourish.
Residential Academy Sponsorship for 20 Players
20 exceptionally talented players are selected and given Sponsorship for One Year at a Residential Cricket Academy where they will train under the guidance of ICC and BCCI level coaches and benefit from world-class training methodologies and guidance. This invaluable experience aims to not only hone their skills but also inculcate the discipline and mindset required for success in high-level competitions.
100 Players Sponsored
Over 100 players are given sponsorship each year, understanding that equipment plays a vital role in a player’s performance. Sponsored players are provided with high-quality kit bags, pads, gloves, shoes, uniforms and other necessary equipment. This sponsorship allows players to focus completely on their skills

India Cricket Talent spends Rs 51 lakh every year on sponsoring over 100 players. By investing in their potential, equipping them with quality resources and providing the best coaching, the program creates an environment where players can thrive and aspire to reach the pinnacle of their game.
