With this thought in mind, Arvind Kumar, Founder of India Cricket Talent, has embarked on a mission-to discover India’s young cricket talent and provide them with the right guidance and support. India Cricket Talent is an inspirational online platform that aims to identify and nurture cricket stars from across the country. The core principle of our initiative is inclusivity. We believe that no matter caste, colour or background; if you have talent, you deserve an opportunity.
This platform is especially important for youngsters who are facing financial or social difficulties to pursue their passion. India Cricket Talent provides them with a proper platform where they can showcase their talent and make their dreams come true.
Mr. Dharmendra Yadav (Co-Founder (ICT))
Dharmendra Yadav’s name is taken with respect in the field of cricket. He came to Mumbai at the age of just 10 and learned the nuances of cricket in depth. Despite financial difficulties, he continued his cricket journey. During this time, he also started coaching in various cricket academies.
Dharmendra Yadav is working as the head coach of Mathura Cricket Academy after Mumbai’s famous cricket academy Ryan Builders, iThink Sport Cricket Academy, Titan Cricket Academy, Dehradun’s Ayush Cricket Academy. His hard work and dedication have produced many state level and national level players, who are playing for the country today. His contribution is important not only in the development of players but also in the promotion of cricket. In Dharmendra Yadav’s coaching style, special attention is given to technique as well as mental toughness, so that players are able to perform better in every match. Due to the financial constraints of Dharmendra Yadav’s family, he did not get the opportunity he deserved. Understanding this problem, India Cricket Talent Forum has been established. The objective of this platform is that no talented player has to give up his dreams due to financial difficulties. Here every player is given the right opportunity according to his ability and hard work, so that his talent can flourish completely and he can make his career. This initiative will not only help financially weak players, but will also strengthen the future of cricket in the country.
Mr. Manoj Kumar (Co-Founder (ICT))
Mr. Manoj Kumar Choudhary, a retired defence professional, is a part of the Indian Army who has created countless achievements in his 20 years of service. His expertise in optical fibre communication, satellite communication and signal interception not only make him an outstanding professional but also contributes significantly to the technological development of the Indian Army.
He has participated in many important missions during his career where he ensured the security of mission-critical infrastructure in various terrains and operational scenarios.
Choudhary believes that military service is not just a means to personal success but also a responsibility to protect and honour the country. He learnt from his experiences that teamwork and leadership skills are imperative for the success of any mission. His colleagues see him as an inspiration who always has a positive attitude.
